5 Common Misconceptions Teenagers Believe
There are many differences between the world as we see it as adults and the world as teenagers inhabit it. Many of these differences can be explained by the fact that teenagers still have so much to learn, while adults have already figured it out — or at least think they have! But what happens when this difference in perception leads to misconceptions? Kids are impressionable, and teens especially so, and even the smallest bit of misinformation can seem like gospel if you don’t have the perspective to question it. To help put some sense into those impressionable minds, here are 5 common misconceptions teenagers believe about the world around them.
1) Adults are always right
2) Everything is going to be easy
3) I'm never going to graduate from high school/college
4) There aren't enough jobs for college grads
5) No matter what I do, someone will always hate me
